We’re hiring passionate people to join our Cebu studio: full-time/part-time music teachers, international volunteers, and a marketing associate. Help students learn, perform, and grow. Flexible schedules, supportive team, real impact.
Music Teacher — Full-time / Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Teach individual and group classes in voice, piano, guitar, drums, or other instruments.
  • Conduct band workshops, ensemble rehearsals, and student recitals.
  • Develop lesson plans aligned with the school’s contemporary music curriculum.
  • Evaluate and monitor students’ progress through performances and assessments.
  • Assist in student events, showcases, and competitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Performance, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one primary instrument or voice; ability to teach multiple instruments is an advantage.
  • Strong background in contemporary, pop, and band ensemble music.
  •  Passionate about teaching children and teens; patient, creative, and engaging.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote RMusic’s programs, workshops, and performances.
  • Manage social media pages, website updates, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate community events, partnerships, and collaborations with schools or local institutions.
  • Create and manage digital content (photos, videos, posters).
  • Track analytics to evaluate campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or branding preferred.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for the arts and music education is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct music lessons or workshops for students and local teachers.
  • Support cultural exchange and promote global music appreciation.
  • Assist in developing curriculum and cross-cultural programs.
  • Participate in school outreach and community events.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or professional experience in music performance, education, or related field.
  • Fluent in English; experience teaching ESL learners is an advantage.
  • Willingness to adapt to the local culture and collaborate with Filipino teachers.
  • Volunteer mindset – passionate about sharing music, culture, and mentorship.
  • Preferably available for at least 1–3 months (housing and assistance may be provided).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student registration, class scheduling, and records management.
  • Assist in daily school operations, documentation, and reports.
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Support marketing and event coordination as needed.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Office Administration, Business, Education, or related field.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong English communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in a school or educational setting preferred.
