  • Register / book lessons or trials: name, age/level, instrument, schedule, email, mobile number, guardian details (for minors).
  • Band rehearsal / rentals: band or artist name, date & time, headcount, gear needs, ID details for rentals.
  • Contact us: name, email, phone, your message.
  • Payments/deposits: payment method and transaction details (processed by our payment provider).
  • Subscribe/follow: email for updates; limited social profile data as permitted by those platforms.
  • Device & usage data: cookies, IP address, and pages viewed for security and improvements.

2) How we use your information

  • Provide lessons, rehearsals, rentals, workshops, and customer support.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage bookings or rentals.
  • Send reminders, updates, invoices/receipts, and policy notices.
  • Improve programs and website performance (basic analytics).
  • Promote recitals/workshops with your prior consent for photos/videos.

3) Legal bases (PDPA)

  • Your consent.
  • Contract necessity (to deliver the service you requested).
  • Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvements).

4) Sharing your information

  • We do not sell your data.
  • Service providers (website host, payments, email/SMS tools) processing under our instructions.
  • Event partners/venues when needed for recitals or workshops.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6) Photos, videos, and showcases

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

9) Children’s privacy

We collect minor/student data only with consent from a parent or legal guardian and use it strictly for enrollment, scheduling, and safety.

10) Your rights (PDPA)

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Withdraw consent or object to certain processing.
  • Request deletion when data is no longer needed.
  • File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

11) International transfers

If our service providers store data outside the Philippines, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
